To log in to the Report Management module, you need the 'Access Reports Module' permission. You must also have been assigned access to All Studies and All Sites.
Open the REP module. The login screen is displayed.
Enter your username and your password. These details are maintained by your system administrator and are unique to you.
Click OK.
If you have access to more than one database and/or more than one user role, you will be presented with lists of your alternative databases and user roles.
Select the database and user role that you wish to work with and click OK.

You are now logged in to the module and can begin work.
Occasionally you may be asked to change your password. This will occur on your very first login attempt and then again any time that your password is reset by a study administrator. You will also be prompted to create a new password whenever your current one reaches its expiry limit, as set by your study administrator.
The user and associated user role is displayed at the bottom of the screen, along with the database being used.
Select Tasks > Exit or click the small cross icon at the top right of the module screen.
