Open the Clinical Coding module. The login screen is displayed.
Enter your username and your password. These details are maintained by your system administrator and are unique to you. If you forget your password...
Click OK.
If you have access to more than one database and/or more than one user role, you will be presented with lists of your alternative databases and user roles.
Select the database and user role that you wish to work with and click OK.
You are now logged in to the module and can begin work.
Occasionally you may be asked to change your password. This will occur on your very first login attempt and then again any time that your password is reset by a study administrator. You will also be prompted to create a new password whenever your current one reaches its expiry limit, as set by your study administrator.
Select File > Exit or click the small cross icon at the top right of the module screen.
To log in to the Clinical Coding module, you need the 'Access Clinical Coding Management' permission.
You need a licence to use the Clinical Coding module. Please contact your Account Manager if you do not have one and would like to purchase the module.
