Event Management module

 

Logging in

To log in to the Event Management module, you need the 'Access Event Management' permission

 

  1. Open the Event Management module. The login screen is displayed.

  2. Enter your user name and your password. These details are maintained by your system administrator and are unique to you.

  3. Click OK.

  4. If you have access to more than one database and/or more than one user role, you will be presented with lists of your alternative databases and user roles.

  5. Select the database and user role that you wish to work with and click OK.

 

You are now logged in to the module and can begin work.

 

Occasionally you may be asked to change your password. This will occur on your very first login attempt and then again any time that your password is reset by a study administrator. You will also be prompted to create a new password whenever your current one reaches its expiry limit, as set by your study administrator.

Exiting the module

Select File > Exit or click the small cross icon at the top right of the module screen.
