To attach a file to a study, you need the 'Attach reference document' permission
Files can be attached to a study for use as reference documents during data entry and review. They are accessed via links on the home page or on individual eForms.
Any type of file can be attached although the end-users must possess the corresponding software application to load and read these documents. If in doubt, we highly recommend that you supply reference documents in the Adobe Acrobat .PDF format with a facility for the free download of the Adobe Acrobat Viewer.
Attached files are stored within the database.
