The BV CSV file

The CSV file reports the changes that have occurred during the current batch validation session. If no changes occur, the file will contain only a header row, regardless of whether or not you have selected Log changes only (this option only affects the content of the log file). So, for a particular subject, if no changes occur and there is no automatic unfreezing/unlocking, no entries will appear in the CSV file

for that subject.

The CSV file is stored in the location specified during the revalidation process. The filename is based on the log file name 'log file name_csv.csv'.

The header row displays the following column names, followed by one row of values for each change recorded. In some rows, some fields will be blank. For example, not all subjects have labels, and an eForm label change only applies to an eForm.

Change IDs

Each row contains a Change ID, indicating the type of change, to facilitate searching and sorting.

AutoLockFreeze	Object has been automatically unfrozen/unlocked or refrozen/relocked as part of the BV process
Blank	The derived question has become blank
Disabled	Question is disabled due to an OCI condition being false
EformLabel	eForm label has changed
Enabled	Question is enabled due to an OCI condition being true
New	New response entered for question
NewStatus	Question has new status
Reject	Question value rejected
SubjectDOB	Subject DOB has changed
SubjectGender	Subject gender has changed
SubjectLabel	Subject label has changed
ValueChange	The derived question value has changed
