Buttons available when an eForm is open

MACRO 3.0	From MACRO 4.0	From MACRO 4.1.0.3710	Action
			Save and move to previous eForm in visit. The MACRO 3.0 icons moved to the previously visited location which was not necessarily the previous eForm in the schedule. The MACRO 4 icons always move to the previous eForm in the schedule.
			Save and move to next eForm in visit
New in MACRO 4.0			Move to previous eForm in visit without saving
New in MACRO 4.0			Move to next eForm in visit without saving
New in MACRO 4.0			Save and keep eForm open
			Save and close eForm and return to schedule
