During data entry, if a user attempts to change a previously saved response or question status, he can be prompted to select a reason for the change from a predefined list. The study designer is responsible for creating the list of reasons and for specifying which questions require a reason for change.
Select View > Study Details or click the Study shortcut button located on the tool bar beneath the menus.
Select the Reasons for Change tab. The list of reasons is displayed.
To enter a new reason, click in the blank line and begin typing.
Click OK to save changes or Cancel to abort.
This is done in the Question Attributes section of the eForm definition window.
If a question's value or status is automatically changed by MACRO, an automatic RFC will be stored with the response in the question audit trail.
