Viewing a list of studies

• Select Tasks > Study > Status. A list of all the studies on the current database is displayed. Explanation of columns

  Name	The name of the study, taken from the Study Details tab in the Study Definition module.
  Status	Current status of the study.
  Phase	The study's development stage. This information is taken from the Study Details tab in the Study Definition module.
  Recruitment	The expected number of subjects to be recruited. This is taken from the Study Details tab in the Study Definition module.
  Actual Recruitment	The actual number of subjects that have been recruited so far.
  Latest Version	The latest version of the study.
  Keywords	Significant words which can help locate the study in a listing. Taken from the Study Details tab in the Study Definition module.

   

2. To narrow the list of studies displayed, enter a word, or part of a word into the Keyword box and click Search. All studies with the corresponding keyword, or part of keyword will be listed. Keywords can only be added to studies from within the Study Definition module.

3. Click Refresh at any time to display the entire list of studies.

Viewing sites associated with a study

To see a list of sites that are associated with a study, highlight the study and click Study Sites. The Study Site Administration window is displayed.
