Archive module

Archiving a study

  1. Open the Archive module and log in to the required database.

  2. Select Settings > Advanced Options and specify your required output options then click OK to return to the main screen. Help on advanced options...

  3. Select the required output formats from the Settings menu. The formats available are HTML and/or PDF. You can have both if you wish. If the study contains any unicode characters you must archive it to HTML as the PDF output will not display the unicode characters correctly.

  4. Select the required study/site/subject combination from the drop-down lists in the main screen.

  5. If ’Individual subject selection’ has been enabled in the output options, you can uncheck the ’All’ (subjects) box to allow single or multiple selection from the subjects list box.

  6. Select File > Archive.

  7. The requested files are generated and stored in a folder named Studyname_timestamp in the location specified in the Archive tab of the Output settings.
