The Clinical Coding Export data report enables you to export the complete set of clinical coding information for all coded questions at one or all sites in a single study. For each coded response, the report displays:
Lowest Level Term and code
Primary Term
Current Term
Preferred Term and code
High Level Group Term, code and level term
System Organ Class, abbreviation and code
To access the report, it must first be set up as a report link on the Web Data Entry/Review home page, in the same way as other standard reports.
You can export the report as a CSV file or print it to a PDF file.
