Searching for response data using the search panel

  1. Select View > Search Panel or click the Open Search Panel icon to open the search panel. Using the search panel

  2. Leave Data selected in the drop down list at the top. See example

  3. Select your search criteria. More info

  4. Click the Execute search buttonto display the data in the Data Browser in the main window. What to do if you are told your search exceeds the maximum number of records

Using the shortcut button to view all missing response data

Click the Missing status button located on the tool bar to open the data browser and display all subjects/visits/eForms/questions in the current study with the status of Missing.

 

You can change the number of records displayed on a page and also the maximum number of records retrieved. Set this in Tools > Options > Environment.

 

To search for response data in any of the ways listed here, you need the 'View data' permission
