You can view data with a specific combination of the frozen and locked statuses in the data browser:
Select View
> Search Panel or click the Open
Search Panel icon
to open the search panel.

Leave Data selected in the drop down list at the top. See example
Select your search criteria. Use the options in the Frozen/Locked section to look for frozen/locked data. More info
Click
the Execute search button
to display the data in the Data Browser in
the main window.
You can change the number of records displayed on a page and also the maximum number of records retrieved. Set this in Tools > Options > Environment.
The Data report can be printed and exported.
To search for frozen/locked
data, you need the 'View data' permission
You can use a separate section of the search panel to see a simple audit trail of freeze/lock operations:
Select View
