The Question Information window contains the following tabs:
Question Properties - containing information about the design, status and attributes of a question
Question Comments - only displayed when a comment has been attached to the question.
Question Audit Trail - a chronological record of the response value, question status, any warning messages and overrule reasons, any reasons for change and any attached comments
The Coding Audit Trail - only displayed when Clinical Coding is enabled for MACRO
From an eForm, right click on a question status icon and select View Question Information from the popup menu. The information is displayed in a popup window.
