Raising a DCR

There are two ways to raise a DCR:

From an eForm

1. Right click the question status icon to the right of the question and select DCRs > Add from the popup menu. The New DCR window is displayed.

2. Enter your query. More info

   Enter DCR text	Enter your query here. There is a limit of 2000 characters.
   OC DCR ID	Not used in this version.
   Priority	Enter a number or use the arrows to set the priority of this DCR. There are 10 priorities with 1 being the most urgent.

3. Click OK. A new DCR with the status of Raised is created.

From the Data Browser

• Right click the question and select New Question DCR from the popup menu. The New DCR window is displayed.

  OC DCR ID	Not used in this version.
  Priority	Enter a number or use the arrows to set the priority of this DCR. There are 10 priorities; 1 being the most urgent.

• Click OK. A new DCR with the status of Raised is created.

There is no limit to the number of DCRs that can be raised for a single question.

You can raise a DCR for a question that has been frozen but not for a question that has been locked.

To raise a DCR, you need the 'Create DCR' permission
