This process will take data that has already been transferred from a remote site and import it into the MACRO database on the server.
Open the MACRO Auto Import module on the server.
Click Import Subject Data.
The data import will begin and the data will be imported in to the MACRO database. Information about the import is displayed in the main window including confirmation that the import has completed. See details of what happens during the import process
When the import is finished, click File > Exit to close the module.
Details of each import session are saved to a log file on the server, named log_autoimport_timestamp.txt
The default location is the Out Folder in the MACRO application folder but can be changed by selecting Output Folder... from the toolbar.
When you next log in to the Web Data Entry/Review module on the server, the imported subjects will be available in the subject list and the imported subject data will be available on a read-only basis.
