You can choose to update the subject data on the server for an individual site by requesting a re-send of all data from the site.
To re-send all subject data:
On the server machine, open the System Management module and select Tasks > Site > Study Site Administration. The Study Site Administration window is displayed.
Select the Resend tab.
Select the site and click Resend All Subjects.
This will activate a data transfer session from the site including all subject data from all studies at the selected site.
When the data transfer is complete you must manually run an Auto Import session. All site data currently on the server will be overwritten with the newly re-sent data.
