Select File > New Subject or click the Create New Subject icon located at the top of the screen beneath the menu options. The Create New Subject window is displayed.
Select the desired study and site from the lists. The lists contain all studies and sites to which you have access. If the study and/or site that you require is not listed, contact your system administrator. Click the Show Site Code box to display sites by code instead of by name.
To view the schedule for the new subject, leave the Open new subject box checked. To create the subject but not view the schedule, uncheck the box.
Click OK.
To create a new subject, you need both the 'Create subject' and 'View data' permissions.
