Opening the schedule for a subject

The schedule can be opened in either a full or QuickView version:

Opening the full schedule

  1. Select View > Subject List or click the Subject List icon located at the top of the screen beneath the menu options. More ways to find a subject...

  2. Double click on a subject to open the main schedule for that subject. The schedule opens in the main window.

You can choose whether or not to display the eForm and visit dates under each eForm icon and whether the schedule opens with the first or the next available eForm highlighted (this also affects the positioning of the schedule as it may appear already scrolled to the next available eForm). Set your preferences via Tools > Options > Schedule.

There are lots of ways in which you can customise the appearance of the schedule.

Opening the QuickView schedule

When you open an eForm for a subject, the QuickView schedule is also opened in a panel. The schedule appears in the left half of the screen.

The QuickView schedule is displayed as a tree view. Visit dates are displayed after the visit name (and cycle number, if relevant). eForm dates are shown after the eForm name (and cycle number, if relevant) and eForm labels are shown in brackets after the eForm name, cycle number and date.

Double click a visit to display the eForms within it. You can open an eForm by clicking on it in the tree. The eForm opens in the main window. The currently open eForm is always highlighted in the QuickView schedule.

Once the QuickView schedule is open, it will re-populate to show information related to the subject whose eForm is currently displayed in the main window. If there is no eForm open, the QuickView schedule will be blank.

You can choose to close or open the QuickView schedule at any time by selecting View > Schedule QuickView or by clicking the Open Schedule QuickView icon located at the top of the screen beneath the menu options. More info
