The question context (or popup) menu is accessed from an eForm by right clicking on the question status icon or by highlighting a question and pressing the F10 key on your keyboard.
Depending on your role and the current state of data, the popup menu contains a combination of the following options for the current question:
View Question Information... |
Opens the Question Information window on the Question Properties tab. |
View Audit Trail... |
Opens the Question Information window on the Audit Trail tab. The Audit Trail is a chronological record of information about the question. |
View Warning... |
This enables you to view the warning for the question and change the overrule status as required. |
View Inform Message... |
This enables data reviewers to view any inform messages for the question. |
Comments |
Further options enable you to add, view or remove a comment associated with the question. |
Notes |
Further options enable you to create a note or view any existing notes for the question. |
DCRs |
Further options enable you to raise a DCR or view any existing DCRs for the question. |
SDV Mark |
Further options enable you to create an SDV or view any existing SDVs for the question. |
Clinical Coding |
This is only displayed when clinical coding is enabled. Further options enable you to code a question, view the code, view the coding audit trail or change the coding status. |
Change Status |
This enables you to manually toggle the status of this question between 'Missing' and 'Not Available'. You can achieve the same for all questions with the relevant status on a single eForm. From the schedule, right click an eForm and select Not Available/Missing from the popup menu. |
This clears the response of the current question. |
