Backing up study data

It is advisable to back up study data at regular intervals. There are a number of ways of backing up data from within MACRO.

Exporting data

• You can export study definitions, laboratory definitions and subject data from the System Management module. This exported data can be imported back into MACRO.

• You can export subject data from the Query module. If exported in Batch Data format, the data can be imported back into MACRO via the Batch Data Loading module.

Printing data

• You can print dynamic reports.

• You can print any of the reports generated in the Data Browser including a list of subjects, audit trails, DCRs, SDVs and notes as well as response data.

• You can print completed eForms.
